Drivers for the ch340 IC has now been installed successfully. I have tested this drivers and installation process in Windows XP, windows 7. Will test is soon on Windows 8 & windows 10. You can see in above image that Port Number 19 has been allocated to this IC. If you want you can even change the virtual com port number from Device Manager. A USB driver pre-installer for use with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. Run to install both the USB driver (visible in the 'Universal Serial Bus controllers' section of Device manager) and the Virtual COM port driver (visible in the 'Ports (COM & LPT)' section of Device Manager).

The ftd2xx.dll error is the most common indicator that the PC is missing these drivers.
